Cassava (Manihot esculentaCrantz) is one of the most important food crops and energy crops in the world. As the global climate changes, drought, high salt, low temperature and other environmental factors has become an important factor limiting the growth and development of cassava, which seriously restricted the sustainable development of cassava industry. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the molecular genetic mechanism of stress resistance in cassava.
To better cope with abiotic stress, plants activate a series of endogenous signal transduction pathways. This study systematically analyzed the evolutionary relationship, gene structure, protein domain, expression pattern and co-expression regulatory network of the important regulatory factors (bZIP, WRKY, NAC, CIPK and CPK gene family) in abscisic acid and calcium signaling pathways, which laid a solid foundation for genetic improvement of stress resistance in cassava.
