During March 14th-18th2017, five experts from Coconut Research Institute(CRI), organized by ”Coconut Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance”, participated into “Second International Conference on Coconut Oil in Thailand”. During the conference, our experts from CRI informed participants from other countries Chinese coconut oil industry, production technique, coconut oil products, coconut oil production and marketing in present situation and future development trend in China. Through communicated with the experts from all over the world and visiting several big coconut and coconut oil processing factory in Thailand, scientists from CRI have a much better picture about the coconut oil production and marketing in present situation and future development trend in Thailand and in the world. Participation into the conference not only allowed scientists from CRI to enhance their innovation consciousness and the development ability, but also widen their vision in scientific research field. It is highly valuable for scientists from CRI to participate in the conference and in turn, the healthy development of the coconut industry in China as well.
