Quality and Safety Control Technology includes the tropical agricultural products quality and safety traceability technology research on tropical agricultural products coding, logistics and information recording, building agricultural products traceability models; conducting tropical agricultural products GAP, HACCP, certification and other whole course control techniques. The projects under study are from the State Farms Bureau under the Ministry of Agriculture, PRC, the main tasks and procedures include: (1)products testing：sampling traceability samples, giving testing reports and reporting the testing results in supervisory platform; (2) quality supervision: conducting internet supervision to the agricultural input of the enterprises including agricultural input analysis, PHI supervision analysis and whole-course quality control supervision; (3) on-site technical service: finding quality problems and giving improvement suggestions; (4) publicity and follow of standards: according to the problems found offering technical training classes and guiding the enterprises in their production process how to meet the standards.
